How admission with a certificate works
Under Turkish higher education law, universities reserve a separate international student (yabancı uyruklu) quota. Applicants are not required to submit national exam results such as ÖSYM, SAT, ACT or DIM.

Phone IMEI registration
A phone brought to Turkey is disabled after 30 days. IMEI registration (via YMM) is mandatory and costs a significant amount (it varies by year).

Is it possible to get admitted to a Turkish university with a certificate?
Yes. You can apply to the international student quota of Turkish state universities with only a certificate, without DIM/ÖSYM/SAT.
Can I study without knowing Turkish?
Yes, but you must enroll in the Turkish preparatory class in the first year. Some programs also offer English-language instruction.
I haven't taken the DIM in Azerbaijan — can I still apply?
Yes. The Turkish international student admission system is completely independent; a DIM result is not required.
What certificate GPA is needed to study medicine?
